1. Services Provided

Drivviq offers car-buying assistance including, but not limited to:

  • Vehicle sourcing and research

  • Pricing analysis and negotiation support

  • Vehicle history review

  • Auction search and bidding services

  • Delivery coordination and ownership support

All services are described in detail on our website. Clients choose and purchase a service package, complete an intake form, and agree to the terms laid out in the custom service agreement provided.


2. Payment & Refunds

All payments must be made in full prior to the start of service.

  • We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

  • Once payment is made and work begins, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

We encourage you to review your service options carefully or contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when filling out the intake form.

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • Read and sign the service agreement before work begins.

  • Remain reachable throughout the duration of the service process.

Failure to cooperate may result in delays or an incomplete service without a refund.


4. Our Role & Limitations

Drivviq is not a car dealership and does not sell vehicles. We act as a third-party service that provides support, information, and strategic guidance.

  • We do not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party vehicles or sellers.

  • We are not liable for vehicle condition, third-party seller behavior, or transport issues.

  • Decisions made during or after our service are solely the responsibility of the client.


5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if a client is found to be dishonest, abusive, or non-responsive. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Drivviq.


6. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, logos, service structures, and other materials on drivviq.com are the property of Drivviq LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site or services without written permission.


7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside the scope of your service.


8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to try to resolve the matter in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state in which Drivviq LLC is registered.
